Junior College Europe from BDEF, booth no. 1460

At the JuniorCollegeEuropa hands-on event, children and young people are introduced to model railroads by building and playing independently at stations in a sensible sequence. Under the guidance of students from the Maria-Ward-Gymnasium Günzburg who are experienced model builders, they build their own small diorama and learn everything they need to know to creatively design their own layout – at eye level: from young people for young people. Meanwhile, parents can take a relaxed stroll through the halls. And what makes the children’s eyes shine in particular: Afterwards, everyone can take their diorama home with them, all free of charge thanks to the generous support of the trade fair, as well as model railroad manufacturers such as Auhagen, Faller, Greenkeeper and Piko!
All participants also have the chance to win attractive prizes on every day of the fair. Awards ceremonies will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and at 4 p.m. on Sunday.

At the LEGO table with the track circle for the brick wagons, everyone can give free rein to their creativity and build the craziest vehicles. Children of all ages lose themselves in the world of colorful bricks. At the wooden train set, the youngest children can let off steam and put together exciting tracks – safe the longest track ever – on and around the play mat and play on it extensively.

Traxxas Try-me-Track, Booth 3032

Everyone gets to try it out once! Whether you’re young or old, come visit us and test drive our popular Traxxas vehicles. We’ll give newcomers a quick introduction, and those who already know the ropes can jump right in—and maybe even try a few small jumps. We look forward to seeing you!

A drawing will be held among all correctly completed questionnaires for fantastic starter model kits and other prizes. The drawing will take place on Friday and Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at the VTH booth 3100 in Hall A3.

Once again this year, the Neckarpiraten team invites you to the popular “Shipyard for Kids” at Faszination Modellbau – an absolute highlight that you should not miss at this year’s trade fair!
Isn’t there still a bit of childhood in all of us? Model building fascinates people of all ages and brings generations together—from the youngest hobbyist to the most experienced tinker. That’s why we warmly invite not only children ages 6 and up, but everyone who enjoys creating something of their own with colorful sails.
This year, budding captains and hobbyists can once again build their own exciting “Sailing-Uhu” model sailboat under professional guidance. It’s back by popular demand from visitors in 2025.
In just 15 minutes, participants can create small, colorful sailboat masterpieces, which can then be launched and tested right away on the 4 x 3-meter mini-pond in Hall A5. The pond, equipped with fans, is located directly across from the “Werft für Kids.”

An unforgettable experience with lots of fun for the whole family!

Lake Constance Plastic Model Building Club, Booth No. 5320 / 5410

The Lake Constance Plastic Model Building Club (PMC-Bodensee), along with its members, partner clubs, and individual exhibitors from the Three-Country Corner, is especially pleased to welcome fair visitors to this mega-event.
The children’s and youth craft workshops, where experienced members guide the next generation of modelers, have become a tradition. The PMC-Bodensee is pleased to have found a new partner in Jamara. Here, kids can learn how to build with snap-together blocks. This type of model building is enjoying rapidly growing popularity.
In special exhibitions, the PMC-Bodensee is presenting “100 Years of Lufthansa” and “Our Bundeswehr.” The “Crane” has been transporting passengers to their destinations since 1926 and has written a history that is pretty much one of a kind. Our Bundeswehr is more than just an army for defending our country; it also provides aid in times of need.
Alex Kosyra, a sci-fi model builder known from Bayerischer Rundfunk and various events, is excited to present his illuminated spaceships. And Stefan Vater from Spire-Painting will demonstrate the aging and weathering of vehicles live. The specific dates will be announced.
