The children’s and youth crafting sessions, where experienced members instruct potential youngsters, have become a tradition. The PMC-Bodensee is delighted to have found a new partner in Jamara. Here the kids can get to know building with clamp blocks. This type of model building is becoming increasingly popular. <\/p>\n

The PMC-Bodensee will be presenting special exhibitions entitled “100 years of Lufthansa” and “Our German Armed Forces”. The crane has been taking passengers to their destinations since 1926 and has written a pretty unique history. Our Bundeswehr is more than just an army defending our country. It is also a helper in times of need. <\/p>\n

Alex Kosyra, the sci-fi model maker known from Bavarian radio and various events, is looking forward to presenting his illuminated spaceships. And Stefan Vater from Spire Painting will be giving a live demonstration of vehicle ageing and weathering. The corresponding dates will be announced. <\/p>\n

It is already known that the Mayor of Friedrichshafen will visit the stand at 12 noon on the first day of the trade fair.<\/p>\n

The PMC Lake Constance with its members, as well as its friendly clubs and individual exhibitors from all over Europe, are particularly pleased to welcome the visitors to the mega event. The club is a permanent fixture at Faszination Modellbau. In addition to the traditional children’s and youth tinkering, where experienced members instruct the potential new generation, another highlight is the thematic focus on “space travel in model making”. Furthermore, the topic of 3-D printing in model making is planned as a hands-on activity. Demonstrations and presentations will show how this enriches and revolutionizes model making. A very special highlight is the special show “Mythos Ferrari” where the 75th anniversary of the brand is honored with a large number of diverse models from scale 1:8 to 1:24.<\/p>\n

Visitors can especially look forward to seeing an original Ferrari in 1:1 scale provided by Autohaus Gohm from Singen.<\/p>\n
