We charge a contribution towards expenses of \u20ac30 for accompanying persons at Steam modeling. The accompanying person must be named in the application!<\/p>\n

Non-commercial participant receive free admission on all days of the trade fair as well as on the set-up and dismantling days when they send in their exhibitor pass.<\/p>\n

The stand space will be provided after consultation with the exhibition management. The non-commercial participant is responsible for an appealing design of the stand space provided.<\/p>\n

With his registration, the non-commercial participant undertake to be present with his exhibits for visitors throughout the event and until the end of opening hours.<\/p>\n

If possible, non-material participants will receive a free parking pass within the exhibition grounds. We cannot offer free parking passes to guest drivers of the TruckModel Festival!<\/p>\n

Registered<\/u> caravans and motorhomes of non-material participants can be parked on a site directly adjacent to the exhibition grounds (parking lot OST2). This space is supplied with electricity and water and is free of charge for non-material participants <\/strong>(not possible for guest drivers of the TruckModell-Festival), but must be ordered with the stand equipment requirements list. <\/strong>In addition, 2 sanitary containers with WC and showers are available. The camper site is open from the first day of construction until the last day of dismantling.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”404932″]7. regulations and instructions for the operation of steam models inside the exhibition halls.[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”120341″]Operation of 5″ locomotives is allowed only up to a weight of 250 kg. In the hall, lighting is only allowed with charcoal or similar. Firing up with wood and oil-soaked kindling is not permitted. The operation is only allowed with anthracite coal. This is available during the event. Each guest has his own stand or siding. This is to be kept clean and left as it is found. Suitable carpet pad sheets (for slagging and extinguishing to prevent heat build-up on the floor) must be provided. A sheet bent into a U-shape is best suited. Keep rags ready against dripping water. The speed should not be less than 6 km\/h. Flanges must be maintained in accordance with DIN standards.
\nChildren up to 9 years old ride only when accompanied by an adult with parental authority. Steam locomotives are given priority. Admission is in order of application, provided the admission criteria are met.<\/p>\n

Parking spaces are prepared for road vehicles. Heating in front of the hall.
\nExhibition tables for stationary machines will be provided after registration. Maximum load 150 kg. Documentation must be provided. Platform installations erected by Messe Sinsheim may not be modified.
\nDriving motor vehicles of any kind – including steam-powered vehicles – under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited on the entire trade fair and exhibition grounds.
\nThe steam boilers used must comply with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV). The relevant inspection certificate must be shown on request.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”333899″]8. admission[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”192690″]The organizer decides about the admission of the non-commercial participant and the models. The organizer is entitled to refuse registrations. The granted approval can be revoked if the conditions for the granted approval are no longer fulfilled.
