There are no set-up passes at our trade shows!<\/p>\n

To protect against theft, it is imperative that the set-up times are adhered to. We would like to ask all exhibiting companies to be present at the booth with at least one person until the end of the setup. The halls will be cleared by security at the end of the set-up period. If there are companies that have not yet completed the set-up at this time, an extension of the set-up time can only be allowed if a person from the security service supervises the set-up of this company at the expense of the exhibiting company. The cost for one person of the security service is about 25,- \u20ac\/hour plus. VAT[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”200768″]Driving onto the exhibition grounds or entry deposit[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”170325″]Driving on the exhibition grounds during the set-up period is possible with a valid parking permit or against payment of a deposit of 50,- \u20ac per car and 100,- \u20ac per truck. Parking permits are provided with a BARCODE and must be scanned on entry. A trailer counts as a separate vehicle. If you leave by the end of the set-up period (Thursday 8pm), your deposit will be refunded. Entry to the exhibition grounds during the trade fair is only permitted upon presentation of your exhibitor pass. You can order exhibitor passes in the online ordering system. Driving on the exhibition grounds during the trade fair is only possible with your exhibitor pass and a valid parking permit. For the purpose of deliveries, you may also drive onto the exhibition grounds for a total of 1 hour upon payment of a \u20ac 50 deposit.<\/p>\n

If you have not settled your invoices by the time set-up begins, you must do so before the trade fair in the trade fair management office in the WEST entrance area. Checks cannot be accepted as payment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”859968″]Dismantling[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”895536″]Dismantling will take place on Sunday, 01. Nov. 2026 from 5.15 p.m. to 10.00 p.m., and on Monday, 02. Nov. 2026 from 8.00 – 18.00 hrs. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that no dismantling of the exhibition stand is permitted on the last day of the exhibition before it closes at 5:00 p.m. The hall gates will be opened from 17.30. The price for a car parking permit is 42,02 \u20ac plus. VAT and can be ordered with online ordering system.<\/strong> A parking space in the booked parking area cannot be guaranteed!<\/p>\n

If you wish to park outside the exhibition grounds in the visitor parking lots, you must pay a daily parking fee of \u20ac 7.<\/p>\n

Parking passes can be purchased on site at TOR A for \u20ac3 per day.<\/p>\n

If you wish to park your trailer at the halls, you must order an additional car parking permit. <\/strong>The parking permits must be visibly attached to the trailer.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h5″ uncode_shortcode_id=”158267″]Truck – parking spaces (3,5 – 7,5 to.)<\/em>[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”235350″]Truck parking spaces<\/strong> are available within the exhibition grounds<\/strong> behind the halls on the Parking space H for \u20ac 50.42 plus. VAT<\/strong> available. A truck parking permit between the halls costs \u20ac 67.23 plus VAT<\/strong> Both parking permits can be ordered in the online ordering system. A parking space in the booked parking area cannot be guaranteed!<\/p>\n

This place is supplied with electricity and water and costs 25,- \u20ac per night and 10,- \u20ac per day (as a day guest), these are settled on the spot with the parking staff. There are 2 sanitary containers with toilets and showers as well as electricity connections. The motorhome pitch is open continuously from the first day of set-up to the last day of dismantling! <\/p>\n

No reservations can be accepted. The parking space on P Ost 2 can be chosen independently!
